My fiancee and I needed a room to stay in since we missed our flight. This was responsible and at a great location (near Gard du Nord train station). That's pretty much the only positive thing I have to say. The room smelled of cigarettes, and to make matters worse I woke up to bite marks down my leg! So definitely beware.

Disappointing stay

We stayed just one night here. It was a great location and very convenient for being near Gare du Nord. However the room was very dusty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. We were very disappointed and uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness unfortunately.

hola he tenido una incidencia y debido a eso me salio una doble reserva, la cual el hotel no tubo el mas minimo detalle en informarme en el momento del check in sino que espero a cobrarme el doble y me di cuenta cuando hacia el check out, y no tubieron el mas minimo interes por solucionarlo. he llamado a la agencia con la que hice la reserva y ellos llamaron inmediatamente al hotel y aun delante mio no quisieron solucionar el problema. osea que pague dos veces por una habitacion llena de polvo sucia y en pesimas condiciones ademas en un barrio peligroso y con unos recepcionistas que no hablaban mi idioma y ademas muy bordes. ahh y las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a las de las fotos.

Website pictures do not reflect reality. We did not stay in that dump even though I paid. Reception was a mess and there was garbage everywhere, even in the small elevator. Rooms were dirty, strong gas smell, bathroom filthy, toilet did not work. We left and did not stay . Hotels.com should seriously verify the places you have on your site.
