Une reservation, pour minimum 14h, nous sommes arrivés à 14h40, personne à la réception, portes fermées, nous sommes restés sous la pluie jusque 15h20, malgré nos appels incessant pendant tous ce temps, bien évidemment restés sans reponse. Petit déjeuner formule à 12euros pour une formule volonté, et bien non, nous sommes 5 et 4 viennoiseries, 4 moreceaux de baguettes, meme pas 1 personnes, du pain a été redemandé, le pain a été mis au four mais brulé car la chargée d accueil etait plus occupée sur son téléphone. Si non chambre propre, même tres propre, tres bien équipée, grande salle de bain, bonne isolation.

Séjour très agréable !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille ! Merci à l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. La localisation est parfaite si vous souhaitez être proche de l'Arena. Le confort est également au rdv ! Nous reviendrons sans hésité lors de notre prochain passage sur Paris ☺️

Habitación individual pequeñita pero muy bien aprovechada y con todo lo necesario. Hotel pequeño (25 habitaciones). A 15 minutos (o menos) andando de la estación de La Defense. Zona muy animada con muchos restaurantes.

The hotel is within a very calm area of Paris and a 5 minute walk from La Defense metro station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They put on a good spread for breakfast, lots to choose from. Nice size room & bathroom. The bed was very comfy. only thing to let it down was stains on the bed sheets, which we requested were changed and they did so. No aircon in the room, but there was a fan and we had a balcony. Luckily for us, we visited in spring before the summer heat. Would visit again!

Bon hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes du RER La Défense. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Calme et bien entretenu. Propre (même si la télécommande aurait nécessité un coup de nettoyage). Petit déjeuner correcte à 12€. Au global hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

muy buena impresión en general, personal muy amable, habitacion muy confort, detalle muy bien pensado para el uso : como luz cabecero para leer sin molestar a tu pareja, ducha y WC separado en 2, espejo para maquillaje, griferia de GROHE, secador de pelo, secador de toalla. y muy limpio.
