The only good thing regarding the hotel is the location. The rest is terrible.
1. Check-in: Instead of getting a DBL room, we recieved a SGL room without the room facilities that was published in Expedia.
We asked to change the room.
At first we've been told that the hotel is fully booked but when I showed the hotel ID in Expedia, suddenly another available room was found. We discovered that the new room is the room that was published.
2. Cleaning: On the 3rd day of our stay, the room wasn't clean and the reception answer was that it is strange, the cleaners informed that they cleaned all the rooms.
3. On our 5th day of our stay, while we are resting in the room (evening time), new guests opened the romm door and discovered that we are in the rooms. The reception gave them our room while we are in the room. The new guests got another room.
4. There is only 1 person at the reception, and when no one in the reception, the entrance door is closed. You can't get in or go out. Each time, we had to wait between 5-10 minutes.
We are not spoiled and don't have a problem with a simple 3 star hotel, but when the hotel can't provide minimum service, it is a problem.
