L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Paris. L’entretien de la chambre est de base et la douche fuyait sur le plancher, au bas du panneau de verre. Le petit déjeuner est ok, mais ne vaut pas $14. La terrasse est confortable, mais les plates-bandes sont laissées à l’abandon.

The room was very small, making it difficult to get to the other side of the bed. The bathroom was very badly appointed, with no place to hang towels or put toiletries. There wasn't a closet to put clothes in, and overall the room was very impractical and cramped.The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well

I stayed at this hotel in Paris in the third week of May 2025, and I’m honestly shocked by how bad the experience was. It looked great online—that’s why I booked it—but the reality was appalling. The room was filthy. Curtains were ripped, mold covered the bottom of the shower and the drain, and the entire space felt neglected. Worst of all, the service was downright awful—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

Lovely property for a few days in Paris. Location is great, just by the gardens and metro stop down the road. The area didn’t feel overly touristy so had a nice vibe to it. Rooms decent size, although corridors and lifts were very small!

Hôtel bien placé, proche de la Gare d’Austerlitz. Accueil chaleureux et agréable, 24h/24, petit déjeuner copieux, garde des valises jusqu’au départ, chambre très propre, mais petite et exiguë surtout la salle d’eau et un peu bruyante côté chambres voisines. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ideally situated hotel in a good area. Probably the best area of Paris we have stayed in over the years. The girls ( daughter and friend) had a great room with balcony and space. Our room had the smallest bathroom we have ever seen and a cupboard housed the toilet. That was so small my husband couldn’t properly fit in it. We would stay again but have made a note to ensure we get a properly sized room. Very comfy bed and pillows.
