非常靠近MRT站,在鬧區裡面,很方便
櫃台人員很熱情,但由於要趕飛機,無法等到早餐開放時間,有點可惜,若無享用到早餐,建議可以讓旅人至少可以外帶一個麵包路上吃,將會更讓人感到貼心,早上五點多,附近的酒吧依然還在營業,缺點應該是地點會比住宅區稍微複雜一點點

位置不错，电梯超小！
位置处于卢浮宫、巴黎圣母院之间，距离蓬皮杜艺术中心走路5分钟，位置真不错。楼下吃喝全齐，很方便。楼下无法停车，需要拉着行李走几步。楼下治安感觉一般，很乱。电梯超小，只能容纳两人。进入酒店内很安静，与外边熙熙攘攘的环境截然不同。服务员不错，很热情。

Beautiful room, good service, good breakfast, perfect for families. The place where the hotel is located is nice and with good ambient, in the center of Paris, near the Louvre and Notre Dame. We were very well and very comfortable, with wonderful matress and pillows

交通の便がとても良い。空港から到着する駅も近く、地下鉄は更に近くて、どこに行くにも便利。周りにはレストランが沢山あり賑わっている。ルーブル等も徒歩圏内。高級ホテルではないが、スタッフは24時間対応してくれる。英語も通じて安心。エレベーターと廊下は狭いが、問題なし。宿泊した部屋にはバスタブがあり、バスローブとスリッパまで付いていて、有り難かった。次のパリ滞在にも是非使いたい。私は直前予約だったので、通常より料金がやすかったかもしれない。朝食付きで3万円をどう判断するかは様々。私は満足。

Terrible Hotel and Humiliating Customer Service
As a frequent and loyal customer of Hotels.com, I have come to expect a certain standard of excellence in my accommodations, particularly when booking through a trusted platform like yours. From the 19th to the 24th of November, I stayed at Hotel Ducs D’Anjou in Paris (Room 64). This hotel was advertised as a four-star establishment. However, my experience there starkly contradicted this classification. Key amenities that were lacking included a functional bar, a reliable internet connection crucial for business activities, and access to international TV channels. I raised these issues with the hotel's front desk manager on the 22nd of November. Despite acknowledging these shortcomings, there has been no subsequent action or response from the hotel management, even after repeated promises to address my concerns. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust I place in the accommodations booked through your platform. I honestly feel rather humiliated not only by the low level of this hotel establishment but more, by the lack of basic manners to answer my emails after three written promises that a manager will do this accordingly. I assure you that I am escalating this matter to the French tourism authorities as this hotel, by French law, should never be advertised as 4 stars. I collected sufficient evidence to back up my review and I will send it you upon request

great location with access to many places
small room for single, but was big enough and comfortable. bathroom was tight, more specifically shower room space was very tight. other than that, check-in process was quick (it was all ready when i check-in), good service and great, great, location to Metro, Louvre, Notre-Dame... i walked to them. Many restaurants around hotel as well.

Great location and clean.
The hotel staff are very nice. Check in and check out were really good and the app is very handy. Hotel location is brilliant. Not too close to all the big tourist places so you're not going to be surrounded by tourists at all times. Chatelet Metro really, really close. You can hear the metro in the hotel but we go to cities with Metro a lot and we quite like hearing the quiet rumble. Its close enough to everything though so really great location. It's quiet during the night. We faced into the courtyard rather than the street so it was quiet and peaceful. The local bars and restaurants are all really good with friendly staff. Cocktails and beers locally were brilliant too! The standard rooms are very small and decor really requiring an upgrade. Ripped wallpaper and only one chair for 2 people. Small bathrooms too but plumbing good. I have mobility difficulties so the small room was a bit of an issue for us with only about 30cm at one side of the bed and about 2cm clearance from the bathroom door. Minor though but the rooms could be better laid out. This no doubt is limited due to the unusual layout of the walls. Its also very hot in the rooms. Which is great when it was snowing and in the -ve temp figures outside. The replenishment of tea, coffee and bottles of water wasn't consistent. I guess you could ask reception for some but its a bit of a pain if you're tired after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and bedding, pillows and towels all great quality too.

Bonjour , dommage que dans cette hôtel si bien situer est avec un rooftop magnifique, l’accueille de Fernando très limite heureusement que la stagiaire Eva très très professionnel à clairement remonter la barre . deuxième fois que je vient dans le rooftop est que la propreté n'est pas à la hauteur du prix payer pour cette suite ( cheveux retrouver sur les table de nuit , douche avec plein de calcaire, sandre de cigarette retrouver un peux partout, coussin sale. vraiment dommage car le lieu est exceptionnel je réfléchierai à réservé a nouveau cette suite.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us get a Taxi and walked with us to the street since its around the corner to get us in the taxi. Breakfast was great in a very cozy/French basement style area. The Metro entrance is very close but remember the exit number since the station has too many exit points. Many restaurants across the street with great food. Would stay there again!

Perfect location, very convenient
This hotel is perfectly located, you cannot beat the location. A few min walk from the train station. Rooms were nice, there is 1 small elevator for the entire hotel (it’s Paris).

Internet is NOT working properly across the building. The AC was NOT working resulting in a steaming hot room. And the bed were very small. However, the staff and location were amazing. There are so many hotels in Paris that have better amenities (and I am used to visiting Paris twice/a year for the last 20 years), please don't book at this Hotel. The pictures do not reflect the hotel and amenities. But again the staffs are amazing!

The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be. There was no where to really put your suitcase. They did say they had an area to store it if you wanted that option. There was also a nice size balcony to sit and people watch. People around in other rooms were constantly banging their doors to get it to close.
