Magnifique chambre,réveil en fanfare

J'ai eu le droit à une chambre située au 4ème étage complètement refaite avec beaucoup de goût... Par contre, samedi matin vers 9h15, réveil en fanfare avec de très gros travaux au 3ème étage, qui ont dérangé tout les occupants de l'hôtel (plaintes de l'ensemble des clients très remontés).

malgré la chaleur etouffante sur paris le 18 06 19 ,il n'y a pas de clin.si on ouvre les fenetres le bruit des 4cafés ouvets .2h d u matin.l'etat de la chambre est petit,pas de bouchons sur l'evier ni sur la douche.serviettes propres mais usees.comment se fait-il que l'on donne 2** a cet hotel.en tout cas je ne prendrai plus rien venant de vous .a 110€ la chambre c'est de l'escroquerie

Incheckning från kl 13 men nattöppen reception. Helt ok rum, litet men med allt det nödvändiga. Var dock extremt varmt samt kvavt så fick ha fönstret öppet under natten. Du behöver lämna in nyckelkortet i receptionen varje gång du lämnar hotellet, vilket initialt kändes en aning obekvämt/osäkert men då jag bara stannade en natt gick det att anpassa sig till. Bra läge, nära tunnelbanan och gångavstånd till sevärdheter som Moulin Rouge. Skulle stanna här igen om jag bara spenderar en natt i Paris.

Hotel itself was OK. Good location and pretty good for the price. However I booked this stay because of the 24h check-in. When I arrived I was told that check-in was not until 1 PM. When I came back at 1.45 PM, my room still wasn't ready. So that was VERY disappointing.

Extreme noisyness and lack of customer service

Room acceptable, but small to the point that the shower (and elevator) induce feelings of claustrophobia. Some furniture looked like recently replaced, but for example the carpet was worn down. Decently cleaned. Free wifi available after requested, but network not very stable. Neighborhood is very nice with lots of cafes and restaurants. Hotel requires handing in keycard when leaving premises. There was a new doorman every night and they handed the keys to anyone that asked, which was a bit worrying. (I accidentally asked for the wrong room number once.) Hotel was extremely noisy. Even conversation in other rooms could clearly be heard. We didn't sleep through a single night. One night the police had to enter the hotel at 5 am to silence drunk guests that were fighting, shouting and crying in the hallway and hotel staff didn't do anything to stop this. Worst part is that our complaints about this incident were not taken seriously and laughed away by the hotel manager. Summary: This hotel was one of the cheaper options available close to the city center, and you certainly don't get any more than what you pay for. While the room itself is acceptable (though not more than that), the extreme noisiness and lack of customer service made our stay a bad experience.

Kleines Städtehotel in top Lage.

Hotel in super Lage, Sacré-Coeur ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Metro in 1 Minute. In der Straße sind mehrere kleine, nette Lokale, daher abends auch etwas lauter, aber die Fenster isolieren prima! Eine Straße weiter ist gleich ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt, in dem man alles findet. Das Zimmer war ok, das Bad sehr klein, aber man kann sich arrangieren. Haken für die Handtücher fehlen leider komplett, da mussten wir uns was einfallen lassen. Super nettes Rezeptionspersonal, sehr aufmerksames Frühstückspersonal!!! Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, an pariser Preisen gemessen sogar sehr gut! Wir können es für einen Städtetrip nur empfehlen :-)

El hotel está bien, volvería a hospedarme allí pero hay un par de aspectos mejorables, sobre todo la limpieza, la habitación y el baño no se limpiaba y las sabanas no se cambiaban. Salvando ese aspecto el hotel perfecto, la ubicación ideal, la boca de metro a 40 metros y la zona muy muy céntrica

Não gostei da região do hotel. Estações imundas e fedidas, pessoas urinando em meio às outras dentro das estações. O hotel também foi decepcionante. O pior que fiquei nessa estadia pela Europa e nada barato. Quarto apertado e escuro, banheiro desconfortável. Dependências antigas. Foi o único hotel nessa viagem que me cobraram 10 euros pra poder deixar a mala depois do check out e nem era pra guardar num aposento específico, pois a mala ficou no meio da recepção. Não recomendo.
