Small secure hotel in the 4th. Close to metro Bastille or Sully-Morland. Safe during the day and evening, lots of shops, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants and bakeries in the area.We had the connecting rooms; two rooms with full washrooms connected with a hallway, felt like a house. The rooms were clean and had a safe and mini fridge. Street facing room had some noise in the morning for daily garbage collection, very quick. Back room faced a courtyard with access from the ground floor. Breakfast was more than expected. Eggs, deli meat, yogurt, cheese and puréed fruit cups. Mini croissants, pain au chocolate, variety of other bread as well as gluten free bread and a toaster. Coffee machine, tea and juice as well as cereals. Nice assortment or jams, honey and Nutella. Daily cleaning of our rooms with fresh towels. Wifi was good and staff were pleasant and courteous. There’s a computer and printer in the lobby. This hotel is charming and has all the amenities needed. I would return in a heartbeat.

Frühstück, Platz und Sauberkeit waren mangelhaft. Die Lage war allerdings ganz gut. Okay, wenn man nur ein unbequemes Bett für die Nacht benötigt, wenn man Zeit im Hotel verbringen will, lieber nicht.

Location is great . I stayed here for one night as I was coming in from Newcastle to Paris for work . So I traveled all day to come into Paris and got into my room to take a shower and there was no hot water . Went downstairs and asked the staff he didn’t really care much and told me he forgot to tell me that there’s no hot water in the building ... Quite disappointed to be honest . Could have call and told me before I checked in so I could book another hotel . There was no hot water this morning either before I went to work .

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Dusche mit dem Vorhang ist keine gute Idee. Ich hätte gern nachts ein Fenster geöffnet, es gibt aber leider keine Gitter, so dass man sich nicht richtig sicher fühlt im Erdgeschoss. Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt, das ist gut. Das Frühstück ist bescheiden, mit 13 Euro aber angemessen. Richtig toll ist die Lage, der schöne Stadtteil Marais, der Verkehrsknotenpunkt Bastille, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Es ist sehr ruhig in der kleinen Rue Castex.

Hotel con stanze piccoline ma con tutto l’essenziale. La zona è molto tranquilla e soprattutto bellissima , comoda in quanto vicina alla metro. Personale gentile , parlavano anche italiano.

一人旅で利用。客室は、広くないが清潔に清掃されていた。アメニティは最小限なので、持参した方が良い。 部屋にケトルがあったのが良かったが冷蔵庫は壊れており使えなかった。 メトロ駅の駅が二駅最寄りにあり、周辺にはスーパーや薬局、飲食店も多数あるので、立地は良く、夜まで人通りがある地域なので、治安に不安もなく過ごすことが出来た。記載の空港シャトルバスは無いが、フロントに頼めばタクシーを呼んでくれる。

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. From the reception area to the guest room, the entire property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The elevator is so old and slow that it felt almost unusable. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which is misleading. The cups provided were paper cups, and the towels were worn and damaged, giving a strong impression of neglect and poor hygiene. This level of condition and service is absolutely unacceptable for a three-star hotel. I expect a serious explanation and appropriate compensation for this experience.

The Triple room was clean, and the staff were nice. Being in the Bastille area was a plus as it was quieter than other parts of Paris, yet still walkable to the Louvre.
