Bref séjour parfait.
Séjour à Paris pour une nuit. Petit hôtel de quartier. Confort simple et cosy. Rue Calme et proche de tous les commerces. Métro à 50 m. Le personnel est très sympathique et prévenant, surtout lors du petit déjeuner. Une adresse à partager.

J'avais eu une première expérience dans une chambre spacieuse au rez de chaussée, j'ai été cette fois dans une petite chambre humide (la VMC ne semblait pas fonctionner), une cabine de douche toute petite dans laquelle je rentre de profil, et au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur. Ceci dit, le plus c'est une très bonne literie, un hôtel calme, et un personnel sympa. Malgré cette déconvenue, j'y reviendrai, mais je demanderai de ne pas être plus haut que le 2 ème étage !

Chambre très petite mais séjour agréable
Chambre très petite, ne correspondant pas à celle présentée sur la photo. Il y avait à peine de la place pour circuler autour du lit. Salle d'eau optimisée avec une très belle et grande douche. Le personnel est très agréable et répond tout de suite aux remarques afin d'améliorer le séjour. Très propre, très calme avec chambres donnant sur une cours intérieure avec charme, litterie très correcte. Les petits accoté (frigidaire, bouilloire, dosettes) sont indéniablement un plus. D'avoir 3 serviettes serait appréciable.

great stay at hôtel Aviatic
We stayed a few days at Hôtel Aviatic to visit Paris and we had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect (5mn walking distance from Denfert Rochereau subway station), the room, despite being a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good enough to freshly start the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Paris and doesn't wish to spend too much money in a hotel.

Der Empfang war freundlich bzw. generell war das Personal freundlich und man kann sich auf englisch verständigen. Leider ist das Hotel sehr abgewohnt. Teilweise sind die Wände und Böden kaputt bzw. haben Macken. Das Doppelzimmer, das ich als Einzelzimmer gebucht habe, ist arg klein. Für eine Person okay, aber zu zweit viel zu wenig Platz. Immerhin gibt es einen kleinen Wasserkocher und Kaffee und Tee sowie genügend Steckdosen. Es fehlt aber vor allem im kleinen Bad an Ablagefläche. Außerdem hat der Toilettendeckel nicht zum Klo gepasst und war viel zu klein. Das Bett war insofern extrem unbequem als eine Seite total durchgelegen war, während die andere Seite sich hart anfühlte. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr hellhörig. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war bei der Ankunft alles okay. Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde aber nur unzureichend geputzt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, aber es werden auch herzhafte Sachen angeboten. Positiv war auch die recht gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Es gibt 1 Metrolinie sowie 3 Buslinien, die nur wenige Laufminuten vom Hotel halten. Alles in allem war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.

Hotel très bien situé. Personnel agréable et courtois à l'écoute du client et très reactif. Petit dejeuner copieux et varié. Chambre propre et assez silencieuse dans un cartier calme. A recommander sans hésitation.

Hôtel charmant sans parking
Très joli petit hôtel, très propre, très calme, personnel sympathique. En revanche, merci de rectifier votre annonce car l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking et cela nous a entraîné des frais supplémentaires que nous n’avions pas prévu, seul point de mécontentement mais indépendant de l’hôtel.!

A clean & humble budget landing pad
I was staying here for just two nights as part of a larger trip. Since I was by myself and was happy for a humble landing pad, the room felt just fine — I wasn’t too picky, and it definitely felt clean, warm, and safe, the most important parts. However, my single room was very small, enough for the bed and small side table; and the quality of the mattress (hadn’t been rotated in a long time) and amenities felt like more of a “budget” experience. The room did have a charming view of the rooftops behind the building, and I liked the basic tea service/kettle in the room for a hot drink in the morning. If you think you’ll want more space, even if you’re just one person, I’d recommend going up a room size. Also, be aware that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I can’t say enough kind things about the staff; when I checked in and asked where my room was, the sweet woman at the desk immediately took my overly-heavy suitcase and carried it up three flights of stairs to my room! The other members of the team were similarly warm. Check-in was convenient, done at a machine outside the front door that gives you your room key. There are also lots of shops and metro options nearby, so even if you opt out of the €15 breakfast (which I did), you’ll have plenty of places to eat, including a bakery across the street. Overall, if you’re looking to visit Paris on the cheap, you will definitely have the basics taken care of here; just don’t go in expecting too much, and you’ll have a good stay.
