This place is adverised as a 4 star Hotel. IT IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!. They have 2 separate owners, Novitel and Greet. I booked this Hotel thinking i was getting a 4 star experience, only to be told at check in that i had booked through Greet and wasnt entiteld to a safe in my room. This is totally unnacepateble and not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel. They told me that Greet was the cheaper version and not if the same standar as Novotel. Again...not what you wpuld expect from a 4 star hotel.I wasnt told this at the time of booking. To make matters worse, another guest asked for a glass of ice water to take up to there room, they had booked through Novotel. When i asked for the same, they gave me a paper cup!!! A paper cup!!.. they said that Greet huests werent allowed a glass to their room!! Absolutely shicking.

Séjour globalement bien. Quelques petite chose à redire. Pas de brosse dans les toilettes. De plus le dernier jour l'eau de la douche a été coupé. Des affiches indiquait une coupure de 12h à 18h or la coupure a eu lieu avant 12h. Impossible de pouvoir se doucher, proposition d'utiliser une autre chambre 15 min avant notre départ donc impossible. Le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir et n'a pas été compréhensif. Payer plus de 100 euro la nuit et ne pas pouvoir se laver c'est pas correct surtout sans geste commercial.

Prisvärt hotell, kontinental frukost, rekommenderar att gå senast strax efter 08.30 många ansluter 9-9.30 vilket gör att det snabbt blir utplockat, men personalen fyller på löpande. Sköna sängar, AC fungerade toppen. Saknade kylskåp och vattenkokare. Bra förbindelser med 7ans Metro. Stort köpcentrum med butiker och mataffär Auchan finns 10 minuter promenad från hotellet.

L'hotel è perfetto per una breve visita a Parigi. La metro abbastanza vicina, una decina di minuti a piedi. La colazione un po' scarsa e se qualche piatto finisce passa molto tempo prima che venga rifornito. Unica piccola incomprensione, noi eravamo in 3, un bambino e 2 adulti e proprio l'ultimo giorno ci hanno lasciato senza asciugamano per la doccia nonostante sia andata personalmente a chiederlo. Per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
