The apartment was big and clean. The decoration and furniture were basic. The staff was friendly and helped us with local recommendations and with questions about the heater. The location is excellent, just 10- minutes walk to Trocadero, 15-minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and the Arch of Triump. There are groceries, restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy in the area.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The location and room were good, and the experience was pleasant. However, the check-out time at 11:00 am is a bit early. Late check-out was only available until 12:00 pm after signing up as a member. It would be better if there were more flexibility, such as checking room availability to allow an extension of another 2–3 hours. The staff did not check availability and immediately offered only the 12:00 pm option with membership sign-up. Additionally, the room key card frequently had errors when tapping, and I had to return to the front desk several times to reset it.

Highly recommended

The hotel was more than perfect for us (not fancy but very suitable ). Receptionists were very very helpful. Room was clean however they do not have any cleaning services unless you order one and pay extra. the location was very good, safe and quiet with several cafes around.The hotel was near the champselysee and the place de L'alma/trocadero/tour eifel. I highly recommend the hotel

The unit we stayed was nicely appointed and equipped. Although we did not get daily cleaning services (the unit was an apartment), we had easy access to additional towels, toiletries, etc. The breakfast had an outstanding selection and the dining area was really nice. All sorts of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the hotel felt very secured.
