Rooms dont look like the ones on the pictures, it's kind of old and not really beautiful but if you just want to have a place to sleep in the center of Paris, it's totally fine. The location is perfect. Breakfast is below basic, but the people who work there are really nice :)

Nice place with single room option. The rule of being out of the room from 11:00 to 15:00 takes a bit of getting used to, but all in all a good place if you're there for exploring Paris and not spending time in the room.

The property is okay for the price and excellently located. You should know that it's obligatory to leave the rooms each day between 11 and 15 o' clock. This was not communicated before we got there. Also quite noisy, beds uncomfortable, amenities partly broken.

Very basic for the price we paid.

Rooms were spacious but accessing apartment was horrible. When we requested the room we wanted a downstair apartment as my wife had mobility issues. They gave us 4th floor apartment as they did not have downstairs apartment available. And they did not have any elevator. The apartment is not in the same building where we checked in. We had to walk around the block to enter the apartment. They did not have AC and it was so hot. They gave us only two really rough towels and no soap or shampoo were available. Luckily the apartment was decently clean. We ended up staying only one night, while we paid for five nights.

My meeting was canceled. It has been impossible to cancel my room or to postpone it, neither with the hotel or with expedia. I loose 99€. It's a such pitty.

Lacking essential amenities

I was not provided minimum necessities such as hand soap for the sink, towel for the shower, or adequate bedding materials, and when asked about these missing items, the staff gave me rental options for some of them. Daily lock-out period where your room is unavailable from 11-3pm. Wifi internet is slow and uses a clunky sign-on user flow instead of a user/password login. Good location near metro and landmarks.

The hotel ist quite central and hast public transportation near by. On the other hand, i was charged twice by the hotel. i did allready pay by expedia and the hotel didnt let me check in unless I paid again. Even afterwards, as the realised, it was their misthake, they were not able to correct and I had to ask expedia for refund. Very unpleasant and not professional.

Unfortunately i had to pay at the counter as there was some issue with the payment. The room was booked with bath, i only realised over there that bath doesnt mean toilette. I have an own shower but need to share the toulette. You have to rent beddings and towls as it is not included in the price and shower or soap, you have to buy outside as it is not at all provided by the hotel. Very surprising and i dont mean it the good way.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une auberge de jeunesse. Ça aurait pu être ok si ça avait été signalé. Attention, la couette est lavée mais n’est pas remise dans une housse. Et les toilettes sont sur le palier …. Du dessus.
