「Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist, die wir nachträglich angemeldet hatten. Ich hatte vorsorglich nochmal nachgefragt, ob ich ein Studio mit Balkon gebucht hätte und dies wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort wurden wir dann in ein Studio ohne Balkon eingecheckt. Ich hätte mir Euros mehr Kommunikaton gewünscht während die Situation gelöst wurde, aber letztlich bekamen wir einen Suite Balkon. Das Personal war dabei super freundlich! Hilfreich wäre eine klarere Kommunikatin zur Parksituation. Wir würden wieder...

The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The essentials room was fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, and toilet paper—basically everything you might need if you ran out of something. The location was great, with the U-Bahn just a 10-minute walk...
