「Very nice hotel. Although my room alone smelled of mildew, housekeeping did keep it neat and clean. My Royalton Expedia rep Antoinette was great! She made sure my stay ran smoothly by taking care of all our needs including dinner reservations, excursions and made sure my family had connecting rooms. I also felt very safe here. This was a wonderful location for my family.」

「The property was well maintained with beautiful flowers and grounds. The beach is beautiful great for swimming and an abundance of beach furniture. There are yellow flags to guide you but I did not see a lifeguard. The rooms are clean with basic amenities but a bit dated still using keys and safety box uses a removable lock. 「Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. 「Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous.」

「I told them 2 months in advance while booking that I would be celebrating my 50th birthday. The room had no decorations or any birthday sash on the door. The day before check out they placed a sash on the door. The grounds near the room were unkept with food laying on the floor for hours. I didn’t enjoy the food options. I did not enjoy my stay. There’s so much more I can say but I’d rather not.」

「Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon.」
