"We had a message last a few hours before flying to say we were not staying at the hotel and apartment in another location. The appointment had missing tiles on floor of shower and bathroom screen also missing. We paid for breakfast which was in another hotel, the staff seemed we was an inconvenience and although they had backed goods the quality (all food which was ment to be hot was freezing including scrambled eggs) and quantity of basic goods was not great. Loved the area and sights of Pompeii so wasn’t a wasted trip. "

"Check in was good but the room felt a little run down and the noise level was high. I know that rooms have thin walls but they had put me on the first floor next to the lobby. I heard everything including the reception phone. I had to ask for another blanket because the heat wasn’t turning on in my room. I finally got it to go but then my shower water was freezing the first night so I had to ask about that too. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast and the manager at breakfast. She was extremely kind and friendly. Food was good aswell."

"The room is in good condition and the food is amazing. We are so appreciative of staff helping my son with his laundry. In general the location feels very shut down for the season. We were hoping to do archery but we could not find anyone to help and we could not get the number to work on WhatsApp. We also would have loved being able to get a bottle of wine to enjoy in the afternoon and to sit in the out doors restaurant so we could see the view of the bay but we could not locate anyone. With no car there is not much else to do but be in your bedroom. This is a once in a lifetime trip for me and my kids and I should have chosen a less rural location. The food was so amazing though."
