「Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport. 」

「首先地方很偏（从市中心的大教堂打车到这里大概30欧元），告诉出租车司机地址，出租车司机都没有听说那边有个酒店，到了地方一看，估计连国内的招待所也比不上，订的是单人房，就是在前台旁边的一个房间，床很小，好在有个卫生间，仔细往地上一看，房间里竟然还有大队的蚂蚁在搬家，早餐几乎没什么吃的，就是一些饼干和饮料，出门打车等了20分钟没等到，后来让前台电话叫了一个，人家司机都是打着表过来接的。要不是因为米兰家具展市区订不到酒店，肯定不会来这里，下次也肯定不会再来了。」

「The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.」
