「We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice little balcony overlooking the marina. We found food within walking distance and the morning breakfast was satisfying.」

Free breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well maintained, the private bathroom for my room was outside in the hall but felt very secure. Would definitely stay here again, close to restaurants/shops/port. 」

「Be aware! Parking is tough as it is all pay street parking. Cannot stay in one spot for more than an hour from 8 am to 8 pm. Facility is very nice!!! Had a private patio in the room, great to enjoy morning coffee!!」

「We arrived about 1-1.5 hours ahead of checkin and they were able to accommodate us which was nice. The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. Our room was only stocked with 2 pillows so when we requested 2 more, they were brought up with speed. That being said, the pillows and bed were flat. That’s something we’ve come to notice is very common in Italy so although we didn’t enjoy that, it’s all preference. What we really didn’t...

「Conveniently located, clean and spacious. It is just less than 5 min from the pier to vulcano and other aeolian islands. If anything, the drainage in the shower place is kinda slow. Supermarket nearby and a nice bakery/ coffee shop called "Urban" is just next door」
