"Aucun service de voiturier ou d’aide aux baggages. Ils ont dit qu’en saison basse ils n’offrent pas ces services??? Un hotel 3 etoiles, ok, mais 5 etoiles??? Horrible. Pas d’ascenseur. Il faut monter nos baggages a pieds. N’importe quoi! Stationnement, après une tempête de neige/verglas, sans abrasif. Ultra dangereux. Les chambres- decors des années 90. Pas très propre. Matelas dû pour être changer. Never again!"
