The staff made such an effort to get to know us and ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. The resort even put on free boat cruises and we were able to pay for a very special private cruise through them as well. "DO NOT STAY HERE.The hotel was absoluteyl disgusting and dirty. A microwave was provided next to the buffet to heat it up ouselves. There were flies on all the food. The room stank of urine. We left after half an hour and after they said that we could have a refund due to the situation, they are now refusing. "
