「It's a new hotel with good facilities and efficient staff, respond quickly.The only problem i have is the noise that can burst into my eardrum by the loud music from Simpang Lima Events held during the night till almost midnight of my last night stay.For 3 star hotel it's well done Ibis Styles Simpang Lima.Will be coming back. 」
「I just stay for one night after a long trip of my holiday in central java. They have very strategic locatio which is sourounded by interesting spot for hangout. The room was very comfort, especially they used very well known brand for their bed. For the breakfast buffet they server very fresh salad fruit, various beverage and the taste of the buffet was the greatest after I compare this with Citra Dream cirebon and jogjakarta. For overall it was a valuable budged hotel with best service....
「The location is really convenient as the hotel is located in Simpang Lima where we could find big shopping malls. The room was clean and quite spacious, but the TV was definitely too small and there was poor TV reception on all movie channels (it's still fine as we didn't go there for watching television). Among all the ibis hotels that we have been to, this one is relatively basic, but it's still worth the price. The breakfast was only mediocre which only served a limited food variety.」

「Dopo alcuni anni di assenza da Semarang sono tornato ed ho scelto il Grand Arkenso Hotel, ex Hotel Horison,hotel che ho sempre frequentato. Non ho trovato nulla di cambiato, a parte il nome. Molto cortesi alla reception; essendo arrivato prima dell'orario di check-in mi avrebbero dato una camera fumatori, ma ho aspettato un po' e mi hanno dato un camera anche con upgrade. Aveva infatti un bel divano ed era molto grande. Sempre ottima la colazione, molto varia e la piscina è sempre uno...
"We booked 3 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel seemed more to be of a borderline 4 star, definitely not 5 stars. Wallpaper was tearing off in one of the rooms. In the other room, the bedsheet had blood stains on it. Additionally, there was an unbearable smell in the room, and the A/C was broken. It was also hard to sleep as the room was not very sound proof. We could hear cars and motorcycles from the rooms. We checked in around 9pm and had to wait until 4am before they were willing to give us a new room. Definitely will not be going back!"
