The room was dirty and the bed sheets shows stains. We saw food rests from previous guests under the table and the wastafel was quite unkempt. Smell unpleasent the whole room. But the personal were very helpful and service minded.

Check-in was great and staff were super gracious and welcoming. Common areas were chill but often full of people during the day attending workshops and seminars. Free buffet breakfast wasn't bad with lots of Indonesian food to choose from. Western food was just Ok, with good omelettes. Pastries weren't super fresh. Unlimited coffee; a few juices to choose from but none were freshly-squeezed. My room was the weakest part of my four night stay. A good amount of noise from other rooms and in the hallway. Several items were in poor condition (towel rack was barely affixed to the wall and the hot water shower handle fell off during our stay). There were also stains on the sheets. Rooms are showing their age and use.

I was there for business, well set up, great breakfast, and areas I could work at on my computer. Room was very small but I got the budget room and the place had lots of area to work and relax. Next time I'm in Semarang I'll stay here again!

We stayed in Rooms Inc hotel for Christmas and were very happy with the professional service by all the staffs. The hotel location is very strategic, right next to DP Mall with lots of resto choices and a nice movie theater. We encountered a minor issue and received a very prompt and professional help from Pak Richie. Excellent customer service by Pak Richie and all staff!

Excellent location for Semarang, conveniently attached to a mall also. Hotel has a modern style with so many nice touches that makes you confortable from the first moment you arrive. Buen hotel céntrico

Hotel de nueva apertura muy buen ubicado cerca del aeropuerto (20 min en taxi) y junto a un centro comercial Carrefour con todos los servicios. Restaurante muy bueno con desayuno buffet variado. Lo mejor el servicio y atención del personal que nos ayudaron y cubrieron todas las necesidades que pedimos, en espcial la room manager Marissa.
