Destaque para todos os funcionários com uma enorme simpatia e disponibilidade para os hóspedes. Deixo a sugestão de existir maior flexibilidade nos preços, pois não faz sentido um hotel deste nível ter uma ocupação baixa e não se baixarem os preços.」
