" Extremely Disappointing Stay – 0/10 Experience I stayed at this apartment and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when renting accommodation. From the very beginning, there was no hot water at all — for seven full days. I reported it immediately, multiple times, and was told “it would be fixed soon,” but it never was. Imagine not being able to take a proper shower for an entire week while still paying full price — completely unacceptable. After several complaints, I was finally moved to another apartment, but that turned out to be a clear downgrade. There was no proper bed (just some sort of foldable or couch situation), no bed linen provided, and the overall condition was noticeably worse. It honestly felt like they just wanted to move me somewhere to shut me up rather than actually fix the issue. The hot water issue was never addressed properly. Every single day I had to either take freezing showers or none at all, which completely ruined my stay. Throughout all this, the communication was inconsistent and unhelpful — I never once received a sincere apology or any offer of compensation for the total lack of basic amenities. For anyone considering staying here: don’t. You can find far better options for the same price that actually provide the bare minimum — like a functioning water heater and a proper bed. This place clearly doesn’t care about its guests’ comfort or hygiene."
