Property was clean but the outside patio was dirty and full of stray cats, nice location but the pool needs renovation as all the tiles was falling, this property is a place where people can buy their own apartment and rent it out or live there, there was building work being done for 3 days out of 4 we was there and the host had no control, by the way they started work at 8am everyday… the host informed that they have no control over what happens at the property,

Very nice modern apartment in good location near Tala square and small supermarket. 2 lovely heated pools, quite often not used but some apartments are empty we noticed. Nice big balcony area although a couple of loungers would be nice, comfy beds and spacious lounge. It took us a while to find the parking bay as no signage, even though we knew this area well we had to drive around for a while. I would definitely stay here again, really liked the apartment and location. There is quite a lot of road noise due to 2 main roads on either side of the complex which may bother some people. A welcome pack would be useful too with info on the local area for restaurants etc. Be aware the hot water takes quite a while to get warm too. On a final note, the customer service team were great, if you have any query they respond immediately on the chat.

Great location new development which is still in completion stage. Only issue on our part was finding the property after dark with no signage. Otherwise highly recommended
