Great staff! Clean and comfortable room! Delicious food!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with an wonderful staff.

Outstanding reception and stay! The gardens were beautiful, hotel was perfectly chic, and the room was comfortable. Upscale shopping outlets and movie theater are within a block...and a nice walking path to a lake with a fun, casual bar are all in the neighborhood!

Nice staff and good parking.

I arrived very late and left early so I cannot judge the breakfast etc, but everything was good and the bed was very comfortable, room was spacious with a with a nice decor. Easy check-in and check-out.

This castle was an amazing experience. The hotel was easy to find and parking was incredible. Easy parking and very friendly staff Our room was up a single flight of stairs which were a bit steep without luggage but doable The room had a nice wall A/C unit that kept us cool. The full breakfast buffet was amazing and so filling. We totally loved being in a castle and the rooms and furniture were amazing examples of the time period. We totally recommend a stay at this hotel

This castle hotel was wonderful. The check in process was electronic but the manager was close by for any issues. Our room was way upstairs and while the hotel had an elevator, the last floor was only accessible by a small staircase. The room was large but ceilings were low in the upper room. We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. The owner was onsite both he and his team were professional, accomodating and friendly. We felt as if we were the only guests. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise was the restaurant "Flow". Best meal we had, the lobster bisque was...

Great hotel that I’d recommend if you have a flight out of or from Mastricht airport

Nice little hotel totally remodeled with attention to details. Restaurants and shops a step away. The only challenge is to find /get into the garage, but a funny experience too ( access thru a car elevator)

Great property not far from the centrum or dining options. Very convenient if passing thru town.

Wonderful hotel on large grounds. Staff were wonderful. Food the best. One of a kind.

Room exceeded expectations. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of food items to select from.

Restaurant good. Some rooms spacious.

Best Place to stay in Genk Area!
