Good locale, good parking, room and bathroom was great. With 'luxury' in the title should use higher quality products in bathroom and kitchen.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Clean, friendly reception, helpful, well equipped. I can't fault it and I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels. I'd stay there again. Not many hotels get it all right. This one does.

The staff were great, especially the check in person who moved our room when we requested another because our room had a disability bathroom, which wasn’t appropriate given that neither of us were in a wheelchair. Our two biggest complaints were the heating (non-existent given the size of the heater and the room). I slept fully clothed with the bed cover and towelling gown over me and my husband wore his beanie. The other thing was the noise from the bar across the road. The hotel advertises on hotel.com where I booked that it was soundproof. Not true, my husband was kept awake until 2am with noise from the bar. Very disappointing stay. We won’t stay again and will share our experience with friends.
