「very nice hotel, room is large and good view, bed is large, buffet is quite exceed my expectation, variable and good taste. you can book the tour in the hall near reception and there will be bus coming to hotel to pick you up, even the bus is from other cities... for example the bus take other guests from capital/carmen/costa tagisse will come to the hotel to take you...it make me feel sorry that we are the last guests and waste other guest's time. :) during the 4 days stay I also get chance to...

「We chose this hotel in Lanzarote because of our great experience in Tenerife El Mirador. The first impression when we arrived at the hotel was that we know this is not 5 stars, well we can compare all 5 stars in that level as we've travelled to more than 100 countries, some of the 4 stars can be 5 stars but this one is just 4 stars for me. 「Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill.」

There are several swimming pools with plentiful sun loungers & pool towels provided. Evening entertainment a bit hit & miss for the standard of hotel & could be better. Overall though a very good hotel in a great location on the Rubicon Marina.」

「This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃」

「Myself and my mum stayed here and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.. we got upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea, the room was amazing and clean.. the extra special touches made our holiday.. especially all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.. the hotel should be proud of everyone of them!! 「Loud music through huge speakers at the swimming pool - animators shouting through huge speakers at the swimming pool during polo-games with only 10 people and no-one watching. Overall appreciation: great hotel but too noisy at the swimming pools. 」

「We visited Mynd for a week just after new year and what a fantastic surprise it's now become from the old sun park living which it used to be. Every part of the building has been renovated with high end fixtures with the rooms being divided into small units. There's no kettle so bring your own. Check in was for your room access key, this could be better. Food was outstanding anyone complaining just get a life. Staff are friendly the hotel is spotlessly clean. Loads of sun beds and they've split...

「Room was basic but very clean. Food was fine good selection and drinks were as expected for all inclusive hotel. If you get a good deal then it’s value for money. Bit of a walk into the old town but enjoyed walking. 」
