「地理位置是非常好的，但如果洒店能有保安在門外守衛會更理想，太多人會在門外守候想打旅客主意了。實在令人有不安感覺。還有，理應VIP ACCESS的洒店應該要有升級，但我沒有感受到。」

「A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. 」

「Very good location! 20 feets from the cavern street with all the entertainement but as a result, very noisy at night. We bought some ear plugs and everything were perfect. There was a probleme with the email giving us the code to enter but when we called the organization, everything was resolved in seconds.」

「住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。」

「Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the...

「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」

「Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. 」

「Great location, spacious with modern amenities. Clean but not top notch, cobwebs seen at some corners. Low hanging bulb in apartment 25 over the dinning table need changing. I hit my head against it on multiple occasions. Overall, it was a good facility 」
