「沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣，每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！」

「Great resort for a family. We had two rooms connecting for our three college age children. Loved the staff , Ewe at the bar was great! The waiters Michelle Carmen, Janelle, and many others were so friendly and helpful! We did the private tour to chocolate Hills. Our driver was Rex from Henrys tour group!. He is awesome.」

「I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. 」
