「Fantastic hotel and staff! We will definitely come back!」

「The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...

「A dicembre, acqua per la doccia appena tiepida, alcune volte fredda. Temperatura della camera non regolabile autonomamente. Oltre i 20 gradi non andava (se una persona è freddolosa o non sta bene, meglio tenere il giubbotto addosso anche in camera). Nonostante avessimo la camera prenotata, non è stato possibile cenare in hotel, bisognava avvisare prima! Signora anziana alla reception molto poco gentile e disponibile.」

「Hote bellissimo in posizione centralissima. La camera pulitissima e silenziosa il personale davvero cortese e disponibile ma il punto di forza è stato davvero la colazione… fantastica! Qualunque cosa richiesta è arrivata con una qualità altissima!!! Tagliere formaggi/speck uova FANTASTICI!!! Ma anche il croissant caldi e appena sfornati e di ottima qualità…」

「Unbelievable hotel. The property was unique and had everything we needed..gym (small, but efficient), bar and restaurant) it was also central to our excursions as we did many hikes in the region. There were a lot of bikers staying so I assume it was great terrain for them as well. If you’re staying in the Dolomites, I would highly recommend this place. Shout out to Armand who took care of us at the bar!」
