I didn’t have a car so they were willing to take me to Bari three times during my week long stay. They helped me get the bus for a visit to Santo Spirito too. I had a very quiet room. 「We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. 」

「In its prime, this would have been a wonderful hotel. Close to the beach and amenities. It needs a bit of love and a good coat of paint. The room was not cleaned to a high standard, dust on the window sills. The blanket and sheets had yellow stains on it from body fluids. Staff was lovely enough but hotel needs some TLC」
