「Everything about this property was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and all facilities were well maintained and a real treat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem. 」

「Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)」

「Bellissima esperienza, gestito da due ragazzi super gentili e disponibilissimi, la struttura si trova immersa nel verde, una pace dei sensi, camere pulitissime come anche tutto il posto sia all’interno che all’estrerno. Vermante consigliato se vi volete rilassare. Molto comodo anche come posizione, molto vicina alle terme ed a dei borghi tutti da visitare. Lo consiglio.」

「A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed...
