1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room 3. I wasn't able to sleep since toilet was broken and water leak was noisy. 4. Terrible experience. 5. How to get refund for this stay?
