「No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota. hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar. La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio, En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible) Tampoco habia elección. Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion. 」

「Pool showing in picture has nothing to do with reality Its a small bathtub that u will not be getting into it! Breakfast its just ok. The hotel and rooms were clean. Great shower.」

「Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」

「The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. 「Tiene buena ubicación en el sur de cali pero muy deficiente en cuanto a los desayunos, teniendo Colombia tanta variedad de comida y desayunos… corrimos con la mala suerte de pan tajado con lama, imagino que viejo y huevos, porque era eso o una sopa!!! Terrible lo que nos tocó para el desayuno!!」
