「Great hotel! Will definitely visit again.」

「Stunning view and the open bath was great!」

「Hotel is very closed to the exhibition Tokyo Big Sight. It was very close to the train station and Tokyo Big Sight. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. I'd stay here again.」

「All good」

「helpful and professional.」

「Hi, This is our second time stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. However, our experience this time isn't that good. 1. The bathroom sink had lots of moles and dirt. I tried using a toothbrush to scrub it and they were removable. 2. There were lots of dusts on the air ventilators. 3. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. Half of the room was very hot while the other half of the room was very cold. My girls were sweating while they were sleeping because there was no air conditioning...
