"It was close to the metro station El Carmen Iglesia about 5 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants on the street so didn’t have to go too far. It’s about an hour on the metro from the airport and about 30 minutes by uber or taxi. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Didn’t use the pool but seemed to be well maintained as well. Breakfast was your standard continental with a few Panamanian additions. It was well stocked and allowed you to fuel your morning activities. We had an early checkout and they were nice enough to have a packed breakfast for us to take along, this was appreciated a lot especially by my young children. It’s in a lively area and quite busy at times, so didn’t feel unsafe at all."

"We were on holiday and We did not want a housekeeper coming in to clean everyday. When we wanted towels or amenities, we asked the housekeeper who was in the flor at the time. We had a few challenges in the beginning with our bathroom and the drainage but that was rectified. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. The only thing we missed was having a microwave. A recommendation would be to place one on every floor so that guests could use it if they need any thing heated. There was a wide variety for breakfast so we choose what we wanted for our stay. All in all it was a good stay."
