Its in a good location, close to Poin, and to Casco de Viejo. Internet is only available in the lobby and by the pool, there is no internet access in your room. The pool is on the roof top and is very nice, good view and very relaxing.

Staff were polite and tried to be helpful although there was no one who spoke English. There was no translated signs or menus either. The hotel was quite run down and they only clean your room if you specifically request it. It You have to ask for towels, remote control etc from the front desk.

The reason I’m not giving one star because it wasn’t fault of the hotel the fault was of the person who booked my hotel from Expedia. This was the worst experience I ever had not the hotel staff not the hotel but the person who booked me the hotel in Expedia you should really look before you recommend or you book anything for a client for this Expedia has zero star

This hotel is beautiful but that's all. The rooms do not have wifi. Wifi is only accessible in the lobby. The air condition unit does not work properly and the sink clogs up when the pipe is turned on.
