It’s the second time , they advertised as a newly renovated. The true is different. Bath towel are old and stained, it’s the only towel provided, no other size towels and you have to ask multiple times get change . Fridge no working , and they try to charge me for the ice . Overall is located in a safe area , but the hotel need renovations and towels . New Towels .

My family and I were scheduled for 2 nights. When we checked in were told to park and bring our bags into a maze that took us through a restaurant area while rolling our bags. Got to our rooms on the 6 floor into humid and smelly rooms. I knew it was not going to be a pleasant stay since suffer from allegies. Everything in the room looked like scary seen. Nasty carpet, bathtub was super dated and durty, furniture from god knows when, mattress was terrible. We had no choice but to stay since it was too late to find something else. They charge for breakfast but they measure your servings and the restaurant area where they serve the breakfast is so hot the cheese was melted. The coffee was super water down. After this terrible experience we only stayed one night. All around close this place down and whoever owns it, you should be ashamed putting peoples health in jeopardy.

For the price it was a very nice stay. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are really good. The pool area also is a nice little treat to use when the heat is too immense. What we didn't like was the breakfast and the area around. Limited selection of food at questionable quality and the chance to "enjoy" probably the most watered out orange juice I have ever tasted. We had to wait 30 minutes for coffee that was of the same questionable quality which is strange considering the availability of coffee in Panama. And then there is the thing with towels. Here they Arent in the room. You need to ask for them in the reception. You cant have them from the maintenance staff cleaning the rooms. At the end of our stay we were waiting for new towels before going to the pool but they didnt come with new towels until 5 minutes before we had to check out. Guys, most other hotels have towels available in the rooms when people check in and stay. If you dont have enough, I am sure that they can be bought at low costs so your staying, paying customers dont have to wait for something so basic. For the price though - nice place :-)

The customer service provided by the staff was excellent. They need to improve the rooms its very outdated. The bed linens had a smell especially the pillows and there was no fridge in the room.

Terrible smell like humidity in the room, including bed. They switched to a different room and were better but still. First night can’t sleep for the situation. Need better cleaning on the carpet and curtains.

I guess you getting what you paid for. The rooms are old and dated and could do with some upgrading. However we were upgraded to a suit which was really nice of them, the room was very big and spacious but could do with some newer furniture. A lil mini fridge and some other amenities you accustom getting at a hotel was lacking. Breakfast could be better. But the staff was really sweet and accommodating. The location of the hotel is nice.
