「WORST EXPERIENCE! HOST COMPANY did not send checkin details in a timely fashion as they said they would. My wife had to wait in our UBER for 20 minutes with a sick Uber driver while I called the HOST EHO DID NOT ANDWER SEVERAL CALLS and speak to security who could not help me. Finally I had to speak to Expedia support. We ended up having to book a real hotel which is what we thought we were getting. This is NOT A HOTEL! They should not list vacation rentals as hotels. CHECKIN WAS A...

「This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

「We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.」

「The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, and exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately, the physical beauty of the property does not compensate for the deplorable service and basic utility issues we experienced. Our arrival set a negative tone immediately: we waited over two and a half hours just for someone to check us in. When staff finally arrived, both the host and the front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Despite speaking English fluently with other...
