「I would not recommend anyone book this hotel. Bathroom has mold on the tiles, door and ceiling, I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night due to the late hour we arrived and I was traveling with an elderly. Still attempting to get a refund for the next night. Staff were pleasant but this hotel needs an upgrade. 」

「Property needs investment. NO SIGNs. Entrance????? Park?????, staff not at front. Asleep in the back. Woke her up. No restaurants near by.」

「Very limited - only had 1 bath towel and no hand towel or wash cloth? Not real clean and a few bugs. Staff did not speak English so that was a challenge. Location did make it easy to walk to stuff. Ok for price」

「The whole atmosphere and jungle setting Was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time like Jurassic park. The wild life amazing and incredible views. The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only Reason I could not Rate the resort higher.」
