「I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. Unfortunately the remodeling seemed to be more than just the restaurant, and the construction noise made it impossible to relax and enjoy the property from 9-5 every day. 「Everything was amazing」

「This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake.

「Tadeo and Rosa really friendly and nice. And good location super clean. Share room was so big. Bathroom in the room always clean. Swimming pool also great 」

「Todo ok」

「Exellent service」

「Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!」

「Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.」

「The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets」
