「Unique location! The location was next to the palace and also next to the most famous bakery in Lisbon Pasties de Belem. Staff were really helpful with clear guidance & the room was very clean. The hotel is in a crowded place, so it is naturally more noisy. If you are a light sleeper, have some sort of noise cancelling devices ( white noise machine, earbuds) with you. I recommend and I’ll go back.」

「Location is great, easy access to bus and metro transportation. Convenient for food (restaurants and supermarkets close by). Room is small but clean. Staff are very friendly.」

「Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased.」

「The pictures shown on the listing were falsely advertising the hotel. The street outside the building was not clean and the inside of the building was not maintained or in good condition, and often carried a strange smell. The walls were also very thin and every noise from another apartment or room was heard and it often kept us up at night.」
