「The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says...

「The staff working at the property were AMAZING! And the location was very central to everything in old San Juan. So many shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. The cons were that there was a leak in the roof, the comforter had what looked a like stain, The AC in the room didn’t get very cold, the humidity in the room was really bad and left a “wet” like smell in the room.
