Very nice staff. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for 6 people and had a nicely stocked kitchen. Pool and game room were great (although the video games in some of the pictures were no longer there). Close to everything in Palm Springs. We will definitely stay there again!

We had an excellent stay here May 8-11, 2026! Despite lobby renos going on, the rooms were clean, the resort was quiet and the staff were excellent. Special shout out to Allison and Juan for making our stay extra great! Highly recommend staying here. We will be back :)

The building is old and we had to ask the maintenance dept to change the air filter because I could taste the dust in my mouth from the a/c unit. The walls and carpets and decor and floors are not updated, but other than that, it was nice! Great view of the mountains and pool. Nice little vaca for me and the kids. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Fantastic staff: I had a minor cut and they promptly took care of me. Great price on their 2bdr condo. Swimming pool and hot tub both had perfect temperatures. Highly recommend WorldMark on Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs! Jeff A

I was quite surprised with this hotel. Parking is free and were able to get a parking pass for both of our cars. The staff was friendly and informative even when I texted about the pilot light staying on from the fireplace. They had carpet planned to be installed and kept me informed. I didn't expect my bed to be in the wall when I arrived but it made it a funny start to my stay. There's instructions for the bed and a few other things if needed. The kitchen is equipped with pot, pan, dishes and little things here and there that might be needed for folks using a kitchen. It also had a dishwasher, oven, a small living room area, a small patio facing the pool, a bbq specific to the room (not a community one) and the AC worked fantastic. Staff also mentioned there's security after their business hours and a game room. They've also got movies you can rent/borrow I believe and a water station to refill water bottles. Like I said, I was surprised with this property. It was cozy and made it feel like I have my own apartment. I loved the price and how close it was to the convention center where I had to go to for a conference throughout the week. I will continue to stay here whenever I come out to Palm Springs.

The only issue we had was the construction that went on until almost 11 pm. They were redoing to reception area. Our room was on the same wall as the construction. Would have been nice if they put all the guests as far away from the noise as possible.
