「Hands down the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach! This is an absolute gem! Our expectations were blown out of the water. My boyfriend and I booked the smallest unit, but it was MUCH larger than it looked in the photos! It was a lovely setup with a cozy livingroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, master bath, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, and every piece of kitchenware you could ever need. 「Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....
