「Comfortable」

「Nice place to stay!」

「Excellent place to stay great location as far as access to area just a little limited on parking at times and being on a main highway their isn’t much to look at if walking around outside of the hotel. It is still a great place it is so great inside you want that resort feel when your outside.」

「We stayed one night, and honestly, the hotel's promise of "new updated suites" is the biggest letdown. Our room was nowhere near updated. It was old and dated, and it smelled. The pillows were about half the size of a normal pillow, which was really strange and didn't make for a comfortable night. The grounds didn't look well kept, and the area around the hotel felt a little sketchy. Considering how the rooms are advertised, this was a disappointment, and we wouldn't stay here again.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
