Our room had hair on the bed and bathroom door when we got there. We asked for new sheets multiple times and it took hours before they came and replaced them. Doubletree By Hilton - Palm Beach Gardens
We were given an accessible room, which we did not request and the sink was the height of the toilet. We are both fairly talk so, it was not the best situation. The property needs some updating, but was clean and the staff was great.

PGA National Resort
I would like a refund I was in a room right where the ice machine was. It was noisy and loud all night long in the morning the cleaning ladies gathered with their cart outside my room. I paid a lot of money for this poor experience. I asked to be moved three times to no avail.
