9.4/10 Exceptional! (5,928 reviews)
What a great location, and such a stunning property. The staff were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. The room was very appealing, comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were big, comfortable and everything was clean and modern. The wi-fi, however, was excruciatingly slow and the mini-bar fridge was more of a chilling drawer, which didn't hold much. Loved having the record player delivered to the room, with a cool vinyl selection. Overall, a great home base for our NYC adventures.
