「I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Palestine, TX and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palestine.」

「Air Conditioning Unit shut off during the night warming the room up over and over. Also the hot water was very poor, we showered at midnight and also at 9:00 AM and it never heated up to anything resembling a hot shower.」

「Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good.」

But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. 」
