「Wir waren für 11 Nächte im Alsus Resort und fanden es super schön. Es ist ein kleines, ruhiges Hotel. Die Pools sind sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, Mini-Kritikpunkt: es hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen, dennoch sehr lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in dem man gerne länger bleibt. Was man jedoch wissen muss, von den Haupt-Touristenspots ist etwas abgelegener, aber trotz Flughafennähe-kein Fluglärm.」

「We enjoyed our 10 day trip in Happy Cretan . Everything was good close to nice beach. We enjoyed the bike ride that is offered by free. The only complaint was that first night in the restaurant that we went the bill was to expensive compared to all restaurants in the Crete. 」

「Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.」

「Amenities in room were perfect. Location very good as it is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and other point of interests.」

「We stay only 2 days, however help coming from management was exceptional by supply with WiFi password before hand in order to gain access to the room upon late arrival. Room was very modern and clean. Kitchen facility well equipped and small bottle of raki was very nice welcome touch. Facility are little harder to find for people unfamiliar with the city and google maps and my GPS had problem with finding the place. Other then small issue our stay was super pleasant and very comfortable. 」
