「Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Check in was very easy, they give clear instructions. Note that front desk staff are only there very limited hours. You’ll most likely be checking in on your own with your code. In all it was a great stay and We would stay here again.」

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」
